The Berry Luxury Barn House can comfortably sleep up to 20 guests. There are 6 spacious bedrooms with 5 king beds (all can be split into singles), a bunk room sleeping 10 and additional bedding options for larger groups. Porta cots are also available upon request for infants or toddlers.
How many bathrooms are there?
The property features 4+ bathrooms, all beautifully designed with heated flooring and heated towel rails for ultimate comfort.
Is the property pet-friendly?
Your well-behaved pets are warmly welcomed at Berry Luxury Barn House & Berry Luxury Retreat. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure a comfortable stay for your furry friend. A $50 pet cleaning fee applies.
Is the house within walking distance to Berry town centre?
Yes, both Berry Luxury Barn House and Berry Luxury Retreat are just a 15-minute scenic walk to the heart of Berry, where you’ll find cafes, boutiques, markets, and more.

What is your noise policy?
To respect our neighbours and preserve the peaceful atmosphere, we ask that all noise be finished by 10pm and no amplified noise or loud activity before 8am. Thank you for your understanding.

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available on request, subject to availability.

Absolutely! We offer private chef experiences and bar service, including cocktail making and wine tasting. These can be arranged in advance—perfect for special occasions, group dinners, or just a night off cooking.
